How do I connect with my partner?
After creating your account, you'll see a unique partner code. Share this code with your partner via text, email, or any messaging app. Your partner can then enter the code in the app to link your accounts together.
Can I change my partner?
Currently, partner pairing is permanent. If you need to unlink from a partner, please contact our support team and we'll assist you.
How does the daily question work?
Each day, both you and your partner receive the same question. You each answer independently, and once both have answered, you can reveal each other's responses. This creates a fun daily ritual of discovery.
What is the Connection Score?
Your Connection Score is a measure of your relationship engagement over time. It increases as you and your partner answer daily questions together, complete assessments, and engage with the app consistently.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion by contacting us at support@connectedcouples.app. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your answers are only visible to you and your linked partner. We do not sell your data. All data is encrypted in transit and stored securely. Read our full Privacy Policy for more details.
