What this resource helps you do

Gratitude is useful when it is honest and specific. This journal is not a requirement to be positive, excuse hurtful behavior or ignore unmet needs. You can appreciate an effort and still ask for something to change. Missed days do not require catching up; return when you want to.

How to use it together

  1. Each person writes one short observation; share only what you choose.
  2. Use the day's prompt if it helps, or notice something else.
  3. At the end of each set, compare which small efforts you want to keep making.
