What would help you today?

Choose one useful thing. You do not have to turn your relationship into a project.

One manageable step

Try a short check-in, pick three conversation cards, or work through one page of the communication workbook. Start where you have energy.

Two real perspectives

Write separately when prompted, then share what you choose. Different answers can help you understand each other. You can always pass.

Use it your way

Print the PDFs, annotate them in a PDF reader, or read the exercises on a phone. No email, account or app download is needed.

Before you download

Are these couples resources really free?

Yes. All 15 PDFs are free, with direct downloads and no email or signup gate. The Connected app has separate Free and Premium plans.

Can we use these without a therapist?

These are educational tools for voluntary conversations and everyday planning. They are not clinical assessments or a replacement for individualized care. If discussing a topic together feels unsafe, pause and seek individual support. You do not have to complete a worksheet to justify a boundary.

Can I fill in the PDF on my phone?

The PDFs are printable pages, not interactive forms. You can write on a printed copy or use your PDF reader’s annotation tools. Every resource page also includes the exercises as readable webpage text.

Can we share a resource with friends or clients?

Yes. Print or share the unmodified PDF with Connected attribution. Link to its resource page when sharing online so people can find the current version. Please do not sell the files or remove the branding.

What should we try first?

For a quick conversation, choose the weekly check-in. For structured practice, start the communication workbook. For something playful, use the conversation cards or free online games.
