Does one subscription cover both partners?
Yes. When you subscribe to Premium and link with your partner, both accounts get full Premium access. Only one of you needs to pay.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is free forever and does not expire — so you can use Connected indefinitely without paying. We occasionally offer limited-time Premium trials through the App Store.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Connected on your iPhone to manage or cancel. You retain Premium access through the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any purchase.
